Doug kept me in the loop on everything to resolve my plumbing issue. He also provided insight on how to prevent the problem from reoccurring.  I am very pleased with the service I received. He even insisted on sweeping up after himself. From first phone call for an estimate through him leaving with repairs done, a truly professional experience.
