I was about 30 mins late for my appointment and they were nice enough to wait on me which I am very appreciative of but I was rushed to get there or they would leave and was told they have other customers by the lady that works in their office. I was told the day prior that didn't take customers after 3:00 PM.I told them I would either be at home or be in route around the scheduled time. I offered to tip the young man twice that was there for waiting which he declined only to find out when I looked at the bill that I was charged a late fee. I didn't mind paying this but why not tell me "sir we are going to have to add a late fee to the total." Instead after I paid I saw it on my bill. I didn't say nothing or comolain but I would say if you want 100% transparency go to another company. I mentioned that I needed my garbage disposal replaced but he declined and said I would have to make another appointment. I've never heard of a company deciding to decline making more money when it comes to working but adding a late fee. Again I was told they didn't take appointments after 3:00P.M which is why I was rushed but the lady said they had other customers to get too. I called Service Experts and they were here within a few hours! Problem solved. Excellent communication on plumbers eta plus they send you a pic of the plumber so you know who to expect. Cannot thank this company enough. Had a different company come in, take apart my toilet, issue an outrageous quote for work that didn’t need to be done and then did not put it all back together. I called Service Experts and they responded quickly. Their service technician, Deacon, was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my toilet quickly and charged an extremely reasonable rate.
