The technician, Deacon, arrived on time and immediately introduced himself. He was very knowledgeable and installed 2 toilets in a timely manner without any difficulty. Brittany was first person I talked to and she was very polite and helpful through the whole process. I had to order the unit and have it shipped to Home Depot and Service Experts were willing to pick up the unit and hold it for me while I was on vacation, and were ready to install as soon as I got home. Judson and Deacon were the installers and they showed up right at the time they said they would and had the job finished in half a day. I might add, it was a difficult attic installation on a hot day and a heavy water heater, but they got it done and did a quality job. I had some specific wishes on how I wanted it and the installers did the job just like I asked. They were polite and professional and cleaned up everything after.
